Nuestra Palabra

Palabra grew out of one idea: Every coffee has a story, and the voices behind it deserve to be heard. Every lot is a family, a mountainside, and a harvest that took a year of patient, exacting work to get right, and we wanted a place to tell it properly.

Nuestra palabra (our word, our promise) is that every coffee we share is sourced from a relationship, and every story behind it is one we're eager to share.

Our Promise

Radical Transparency from Farm to the Cup.

Every coffee we source starts with a relationship. We share the story of that relationship, the story of the coffee you receive and how it impacted the Farm.

Our commitment shows up in the cup: exceptional coffee, roasted to bring you everything that happened at the farm through this coffee.
